Abby is sooo happy which makes Mom happy. She checked into her dorm and immediately liked her Austrian roomate. Today they were joined by a German roomate. They all get along and all speak English. Big plus. Last time Abby had two Spanish non-English speaking roomates. :-(
Abby picked up her uniform today which she said is very "trendy", i.e. black, white and red unlike the more conservative unifroms at the Palladium Palace. She reports in at 8 am tomorrow and is very excited. She said Ushuaia is awesome.
She was happy to see the internet cafe with healthy organic food nearby still operating, run by a British couple. She can eat the staff food at the dorm but is trying to eat more healthily after 4 months of "pasta" in Italy.

AGI Tours Questions

I just went online this morning to book our transportation with AGI tours for our trip to the Colonial at the end of June. I followed the steps...make a reservation. I filled out the form with our personal info, email, arrival and departure info and hit the "submit" button. Is this the correct process or should I have hit the buy now button? Very confused because the submit button was above the buy now. Once you hit submit, you no longer have the choice to purchase. Will someone contact us? I sent a message via live chat to ask these questions but they were off line and I have not heard back. I also tryed calling but the number on the website just beeps.
How do I know if they received the info I submitted? Do we pay ahead/online or do we pay upon pick-up from the airport? Will we receive a confirmation from them?
Sorry for all the questions, but we usually just take a cab to the resorts we have been to. We were at the palladium Vallarta last year and took a cab, but with the GP Riviera Maya we feel AGI is the best way to go because of the distance.
We are very excited for our trip and just want all our duck in a row

I am happy to announce that I am working with two new webmasters. Charles of Inspire Webdesign will begin working with us today. I am pleased to work with Inspire as it is comprised of our Veterans.
