Welcome Markel,
I am glad you got more than one opinion( mine) as the more input the better I find. Ideally the two room suite would be great except that on the Fiesta site they were only quoting those as available for a family of five in the Colonial. Those are on the third floor so I didin't know if that might be a bit much with very little kids. If you were interested in a suite then you could also email Rosalba and ask her if they would let you book one in the White Sand on a lower floor. Otherwise, with very little kids, I think you can make a Jr. suite work if you request two double beds and ask to have the sleep sofa made up with an extra mattress pad. Having stayed in a junior suite (two doubles and a pull-out)I would think it would be somewhat crowded for a family of five. It might depend on the cost as well as the ability of the children to sleep together.Login to reply to this comment.

I have an email regarding which resort/room type would be best with a family of five, 3 children under 12.
I checked the Fiesta site to see what they are offering a family of five and the choices are Colonial, Jr. Suite or Suite or a Jr. Suite in Riviera.

The Jr. suites in both hotels consist of one room with either two double beds or a king and a pull out sleep sofa. The Jr. suites in Riviera are interspersed in all buildings on all floors. The Jr. Suites in Colonial are in bldgs 8, 9, 20, 21.
The Colonial suites are on the third floor of the Jr. Suite bldgs. They consist of two rooms, a master bedroom with either two double beds or a king with a sleep sofa and a living room with a 2nd sleep sofa. Here is the bedroom with two double and a sleep sofa.

With three little kids the third floor might be a hike. Thus, I would probably suggest a Jr. suite in Colonial bldg 20 or 21 which is very central. While RIviera is lovely, it is more remote and has some bridges.
If anyone else has input feel free to post.
