Response lag from reservation request?

Do e-mails to the reservation e-mails typically get a response lately. In years past we've gotten a response, but I can't remember how long it took. How long should I wait before sending a follow up?

Javier @ AGI has had some occasional problems with Yahoo, & AOL & now he has told me he sometimes does not get my comcast. I emailed him yesterday from my business account.

I have no response from Jamaica either, send email twice, just recieved a "read-confirmation" i requested. At least i know that my email arrived well but no response :-(

Send it to me Sean and I will forward it via comcast. BTW, comcast gets through to the P but Javier at AGI had a problem with it so I send him an email from elsewhere.

We arrive 16 March and I e-mailed on 9 March around 10AM. I sent the e-mail from my own domain, snelsonco.org, and I copied my wife on the e-mail and she received it. When should I follow up if I haven't heard anything?

Many people get understandably excited and email the resort too far out. It is best to email them one week *or less* before you leave.

i hear ya... in 09 i got a response back within 24 hrs i think and all was grated for us on arrival. This year i sent a email a few days agao and haven't heard anything back yet. I asked a question 2 months ago and got a response the same day but not this time.... so i wonder how long it will take before i get a response. I bet they get overloaded with emails daily adn it's hard to get back to everyone...

I think they used to try and respond withing 48 hours. If it's close to your departure date and you haven't hear back suggest you attempt with another email other than a yahoo or hotmail.

I don't know about lately, but certainly in the past I have received a response within a week.
