Best places for dinner

OK we have 4 nights to eat out. Recommendations of your favorite places and food anyone? We haven't been there since 2008 so we didn't get to enjoy the restuarant in the Royal section. Our must go to forsure will be Mare Nostrum and Portifino (SP?) any other suggestions. We like ribs and more but can do that in the states easily... we like good seafood, fish, steak and a good pasta. Thanks all : ) I feel like I'm cramin for a final : )

I agree, El Jardin is wonderful. The only thing I noticed is that it is liesurely. The staff are very attentive and remember names, etc but they don't rush you so if you're hungry keep this in mind. We also love Mare Nostrum. The lobster is different from those of us used to cold water lobster but still delicious.

Viv, once you eat at El Jardin you will most likely decide to continue eating there. At least that's how it was for us. We were at the resort in March 2008 and only ate breakfast at El Jardin as it was opening day for it. Then in April 2009 we ate all but two meals there. The only reason we ate elsewhere was because we had friends that were there for a few days and staying in a different section. It's awesome! Wednesday is lobster night...and we really enjoyed it. The steaks are incredible. And they grill pork, chicken, lamb, etc. All very tasty and no reservations!!!
