Exercise Classes, etc.

Wondering if any sort of schedule is available re: exercise classes - water aerobics, yoga, etc. Gotta do something to balance out all of that eating!

I'm not sure what time it opened. They said they went to the gym!!! Maybe they were on the way home from the disco instead, lol. I'll have to ask. I know they jogged too, took sunrise photos,& maybe they had coffee before they arrived eventually at gym. Our daughter is a photo fanatic so she can spend forever taking one picture.

Kern that works for me too. I like to watch others do their water aerobics & figure it must help to think about it! Our daughter & others were gym faithfuls at 6am!! they worked out enough for all of us!

I plan to avoid any types of activities that require me to be in a bathing suit jumping or moving quickly. I am afraid that some may see more of me than they had ever wanted to.

But I do think I'll head to the gym and use that room to do some workouts. My trainer has given great exercises that require little to no equipment. So quickly in, quickly out.

This is how I handle water robics: I see and hear them setting up music on the beach. I see people going out to exercise. I go to lunch. lol

Thanks for checking Stacey. I know they used to offer it but I think maybe attendance did not warrant it. Things change all the time so if you hear anything more letus know.

I just heard back from Paula and she has said that no classes are offered at the spa/gym, however guests are welcome to use the room if they wish. Sounds good to me!!!
